Purpose and General Conditions

EFGH offers financial aid to families each year.

We aim to make our programs accessible to all families regardless of race, nationality, class, or religion. Financial aid is granted based on the family’s financial needs and at the discretion of the EFGH Scholarship Committee.
The amount given is a percentage of the tuition fee. Parents must pay the $100 registration fee.

Procedure

Financial aid is granted by evaluating information submitted by the family. Providing accurate, current information on your income and assets is essential.

Both parties must supply a financial statement if the parents are separated or divorced. Generally, both parents are expected to contribute to the student’s tuition.

The EFGH Scholarship Committee keeps the information submitted by the family confidential and does not disclose it to outside parties.

We may return any documents provided to support the scholarship application to the family upon request to the Scholarship Committee.

In addition to the scholarship application form, the family must include a letter explaining why they are applying for financial aid. The letter should contain any information the Scholarship Committee considers in its evaluation.

Scholarship Application Form

Email scholarship@efghouston.org to apply for a scholarship and receive instructions.
Each year, financial aid applications are due July 31.
We will send the acceptance letters no later than August 31.
